Wrapping Wednesday-The one where Dad did the wrapping

We went shopping last week and Chris insisted on carrying Cairo in our new Joy & Joe Baby  Carob Mapperley wrap, it’s a size 6 and a luscious peachy pink in their distinctive Kente design. 

Chris is a big fan of FWCC and also SSC’s (see below for a glossary of terms) so it was lovely to see him embrace not only a woven but wanting to do a back carry.

 So we got Cairo up and decided to do a Ruck TUB. Chris was so shocked at how comfortable and supportive the carry was, he’s always shied away from back carrying as he felt ‘It wasn’t for him’ He loves having Cairo on his chest and talking to him. I think now Cairo is 14 months old he’s trying to talk and likes to sing as you carry him and it’s a much more involved experience for them both. 

Both boys were happy and as ever after a bit of a walk Cairo was fast asleep.
